Refunds
Plans are billed monthly. If a render fails or a draft is rejected through no fault of yours, contact us within 7 days for a credit or refund.
Add-ons
Unused rescan credits, render packs and template unlocks are refundable for 7 days after purchase if they were not consumed.
How to ask
Write to us from the email on your account and include your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
